Before Your Visit in Greeley CO

Once you have scheduled your initial visit in Greeley CO with REV Chiropractic, one of the team members will send you the appropriate paperwork. You can fill this out online and send it in with your insurance and ID or you can print it out and bring it with you. This will ensure your first visit is efficient as possible. During Your Visit

This is where we will get to know you and how we can help you in the best way possible. We will show you around our space so you feel comfortable and then we will sit down one on one to go over your health and your goals.

Once we have gathered that information we will take you through a complete neurological assessment using our state-of-the-art CLA Insight technology. This technology allows us to see exactly how your body is functioning, and focus on what your body needs to get the best results. This step is non-invasive and very simple. After the scan is complete, we will review your results with you and x-rays will be taken based off your patient history. We will then schedule you for your follow up appointment.

Please allow 45-60 minutes for your first visit.

During Your Second Visit

Once you return to the office, Dr. Hailey and Dr. Tyler will have had proper time to review your health history, assessment, and X-rays (if taken). You’ll sit down with one of the doctors and go over proper recommendations to correct the cause of your health concern. After the doctors discuss those recommendations it is up to you and what you would like to do from there. We are very understanding of your time and finances, so if there is something we need to be flexible with in order to reach your health goals we can make it happen! Once you decide to move forward with care you will receive your first adjustment!!
